This lesson consists of a series of exercises to learn and experiment on the aerial rope. Climbs, poses, swings, rolls, drops, conditioning exercises and creative approaches. It is about acquiring the technique and the strength to be able to then develop your own personal style on this aerial apparatus.

ALL LEVELS: This lesson welcomes mixed levels from beginner to advanced. Every class is structured so that each single person can work accordingly to their level, needs and own goals.

Teachers: Gaia Santuccio and Georgina Cassels
The class is mainly taught by Gaia, who started this course at Inspiral 2 years ago. Since a year ago, Gaia and Georgie take it in turns which resulted quite positively up until now as it brings more variety and innovation. They will teach rope solo and, occasionally or under request, rope duo too.

BIO:
Gaia and Georgina met at the National Centre for Circus Arts in London where they both graduated, Gaia focusing on corde lisse and Georgina on static cloud.

In 2018, they met again in Budapest where they started their new artistic collaboration and co-founded Rollmeknot. They both teach and perform internationally.
